PURPOSE:To make signal conversion possible with a simple constitution, by changing the charging direction of the capacitor, which is inserted between the output poing of the first and the second analogue switches and the output point of the third analogue switch, according to the polarity of an output signal to be obtained. CONSTITUTION:In case that input signal Vin is applied to output the output signal of one level out of two kinds of level, analogue switch M4 is turned off after turned on for a prescribed time, and analogue switches M1 and M6 are turned on for a prescribed time, and switches M4, M1 and M6 are driven to take out an output signal. Meanwhile, in case that the output signal of the other level is taken out, switches M4 and M2 are turned off after turned on for a prescribed time, and switch M6 is turned on for a prescribed time, and switches M4, M2 and M6 are driven to take out the output signal. As a result, signal conversion can be performed with a simple constitution by changing the charging direction of capacitor CP4, which is inserted between the output point of switches M1 and M2 and the output point of switch M4, according to a signal polarity to be obtained. |
