PURPOSE:To ensure the precise analysis of the operation of apparatus and thus increase the reliability of the information transmission, by transmitting both the information and the occurring time of the state change caused to each apparatus in the remote supervisory control. CONSTITUTION:Digital information DI is supplied to scanning part 50B of scanner 50 as well as to high-speed scanner 13. The output of scanner 13 is supplied to state change detecting circuit 14 and then compared with the information stored precedingly to detect the presence or absence of the state change. In case the state change is detected, both the contents and the time when the contents is read in through clocking circuit 15 are supplied to memory circuit 16. And the information of the state change is stored in circuit 14. Both the information and the time held at circuit 16 for a fixed time are sent out to code converter in sequence along with other analog information AI and digital information DI and every scanning of one cycle of scanner 50, and then coded to be sent to the transmission line via modulator 7. |
