PURPOSE:To prevent the production of failure due to the unevenness of metal support plate, by projecting the metal ring seat from the metal base so that the input and output terminals can be enclosed. CONSTITUTION:The metallic ring shape seats 7, 8 projected from the metal base 2 are provided for the metal support plate 9 so that the base of the input and output terminals 4, 5 of the microwave module 1 can be enclosed, and it is closely attached to the seats 7 and 8. Thus, even if the support plate manufactured by the diecasting has unevenness to some extent and a gap (d) is produced with the base 2, since the seats 7, 8 and the support plate 9 are closely fitted, various adverse effects due to unnecessary electric current from the base of the terminals 4 and 5 can be prevented. |
