<p>The panel is built on a table (1) with edge restraints (2,3) holding wooden longitudinal top and bottom rails (4,5) and wooden vertical risers (6). The spacing of the risers is determined by the panel length, the positioning of the wall openings, and the position of the exterior loads that the panel has to take. A cover (12) is fixed to the panel, which is then inverted. A layer of insulation is put into all the hollow sections following a waterproof coating. A layer of reinforcement is placed flush to the top of the inverted panel and then a finishing layer is added on top.</p> |
