<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to form two coils per coil bobbin with one wire and form a total of four coils for a set of two coil bobbins in one process by attaching the two coil bobbins back to back so that the six terminals thereof are aligned. CONSTITUTION:One end of a wire is connected to a terminal A and a first coil of a layer is formed. The other end of the wire of the first coil which is also the beginning of a second coil of a layer is connected to a terminal B. Then, the second coil is formed and the end of the second coil is connected to a terminal C. In a similar manner, the first and second coils are formed with one wire in a coil bobbin having terminals D, E, F. The spacings between the three terminals A(D), B(E), C(F) are equal and its value is X, and the spacing x from the side positioned on the radius line of a terminal connecting portion 13 to the terminal A(D) is (1/2)X. When the two coil bobbins 10 are attached back to back with two cores sandwiched therebetween, the terminals A, B, C, D, E, F are on a line at equal spacings. The two coils are connected in series.</p> |
