<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative board having a convex part not offset from a pattern by a method wherein a convex part with a uniform height is formed on a substrate material and a mask pattern provided with a shielded and unshielded part is put on this convex part to extrude a paste like material or the like from said unshielded part. CONSTITUTION:A convex part formed on a substrate material in a pattern like shape and a mask pattern provided with a shielded and an unshielded part is put on the above described convex part. Thereafter, a paste like material or a particulate material is extruded from said unshielded part to impart a pattern like convex part higher than the convex part by the thickness of said mask pattern. For example, a substrate material 1 with a thickness of about 2mm. is formed by calender processing and a yellow flower pattern is formed thereon by a paste like material had hardened to form a convex part 2. Subsequently, a screen plate M having an unshielded part 7 with a leaf pattern is used and a paste like substance 3 is extruded by a rubber squeezer 4 and hardened at about 180 deg.C for about 5min after said screen plate M is separated.</p> |
