Artificial run for fishing - has pumping well emptying into adjacent elevated section with filter bed and cascade for aeration purposes

The artificial fishing run course has a concrete or a natural bed. At one point, the bed is made deeper and concreted, to form a well (3) which is fitted with a submerged pump (4). The water is raised from this well and discharged, through a pipe, into an elevated section. This comprises concrete-lined descending pockets (5,7,8), terminating in an incline (9) sloping downwards to the original level. The first elevated pocket (5) has filters (6) and a weir, for cleaning the water.
