PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recording material which improves a heat insulating property of a supporting body, effectively utilizes the heat of a thermal head, and can form a clear picture at high concentration by a method wherein a mirror coated blended paper contg. a specified quantity of glass fibers is used as the supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A blended paper is formed in such a manner that 5-20wt% glass fibers with 3-15mum diameters are mixed with pulp to make paper, its surface is art-worked and finished as a mirror surface, and a mirror coat layer is formed. Said paper is used as a supporting body, and a heat sensitive color developing layer, whose principal ingredients are thermo color developing substance and acidic substance or phenolic substance and a binding agent, is made up on the supporting body. |
