PURPOSE:To protect a magnet wire against disconnection caused by static electricity in a winding method wherein a magnet wire on which solid paraffin is applied as lubricant is wound on a core. CONSTITUTION:In a winding operation, a magnet wire 1 is wound off a bobbin 2 of synthetic resin. Static electricity is generated when the magnet wire 2 rubs against the bobbin 2. Static electricity causes a resistance to the magnet wire 2 while it is wound off the bobbin 2. A water retention material 16 saturated with water is put in a spool case 11 which covers the bobbin B. The spool case 11 is kept at a high humidity of 65 to 85% RH by moisture evaporated from the water retention material 16. By this setup, static electricity is discharged into the air. Therefore, a resistance caused by static electricity to the wire 1 is lessened, and the wire 1 is hardly disconnected. A relative humidity is set lower than 85% R11, whereby a wire can be prevented from deteriorating in insulating properties and being corroded. |
