<p>Filtration process in which the fluid to be filtered circulates in a circuit, the filtration element constituting a circuit element such that the filter surface is parallel to the direction of flow of the fluid, incorporates the introduction into the interior of the filter element means of disturbing the flow of the fluid. The means are pref. mobile and come into contact with the inner surface of the filter element; they consist of a shaft carrying a helix, the outer dia. of which is about equal to the inner dia. of the tubular filter element. The shaft is integral with a driving pulley connected with a motor. The filtration appts. includes a number of filter elements connected in series for circulation of the fluid and in parallel for the mechanical drive. Invention improves the process described in the parent patent in that the fluid is disturbed during its passage in the filter element and in that clogging of the filter sleeves is prevented.</p> |
