PURPOSE:To get an irreversible power transmission device which inhibits transmission of power from an output shaft to an input shaft, by fitting eccentric gears to a crankshaft as an input shaft and making a profile shifted internal gear engaged with the external circumference of the eccentric gears. CONSTITUTION:When an input shaft 2 is turned, eccentric gears 3a, 3b fitted swivel to cranks 2a, 2b through bearings 8a, 8b respectively, are also turned. Since the gears 3a, 3b are restricted by a pin 5 to make rotary movement as a total, they can make only vertical and horizontal movements and 4 secondary radial rotation (partial rotations) equal to the crank of the input shaft 2. As a result, rotation of an output shaft 6 is reduced through a profile shifted internal gear 4 having a small difference in the number of tooth compared with the said gears. When the output shaft 6 is forced to turn, gears 3a, 3b are inhibited to turn as a total due to the pin 5 and a frame 1 and the input shaft 2 is not turned. |
