PURPOSE:To provide a method for supplying a nutrient solution for a continuously tomato producing device, having an improved nutrient solution supplying means in a device for continuously producing tomatoes while moving a culture container having planted tomatoes by a conveyor in facilities. CONSTITUTION:In a growth stage in which tomatoes in a culture container 1 become a state just before cultivation, a nutrient solution is supplied from a nutrient solution tank 13 through a pump 15, a feed pipe 16 equipped with a solenoid valve 18 and a liquid supply nozzle 19 to a culture container 1 and its water level is detected by a water level sensor 20. The water level is kept approximately constant by opening and closing operation of a solenoid valve 18 and the surplus nutrient solution at a solution supply stage is stored in an excessive nutrient solution storage tank 21. In a harvesting stage from a period just before harvesting to completion of harvesting, the nutrient solution in the excessive nutrient solution storage tank 21 is concentrated by adding a concentrated nutrient solution, supplied to the culture container so as to be circulated in the culture container 1 and the nutrient solution is not released out of the device. |
