METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REDUCTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE RADIATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic interference(EMI) radiation from electronic equipment such as a flat panel display. SOLUTION: A method is to reduce electromagnetic interference radiation caused by electromagnetic equipment connectable to an output clock signal with a frequency fc. The Fourier transform of the output clock signal involves at least sidebands neighboring a primary higher harmonic and a tertiary higher harmonic in the fc, the each other neighboring sidebands are isolated▵f frequency width larger than a standard EMI reference band width fm in an output clock signal producing process and the primary higher harmonic and the tertiary higher harmonic in the fc have smaller amplitudes than the primary higher harmonic and the tertiary higher harmonic in terms of same-amplitude square wave output clock signal with the frequency fc.
