CONSTITUTION:At first, the plug 3 is prepared for a low hardness material, and the hole 2 is tapped in this plug 3. Next, a hole is diameter insertable the plug 3 is previously bored at the position to install the tapped hole 2 in the journal end of the roll's main body 1, and the hardening treatment is applied to the roll's main body 1. After that, the plug 3 is inserted into the hole of the roll 1 by means of the pressure fitting, the adhesion, the chill fitting, etc. |
