PURPOSE:To easily and firmly secure a permanent magnet, by fitting and bonding the permanent magnet on the peripheral surface of the small-outside-diameter part of a cylindrical bearing and calking both the ends of the through hole of the magnet between the end face of large-outside-diameter part and the projecting edge of the outer end of the small-outside-diameter part. CONSTITUTION:The through hole 2a provided in the center of the permanent magnet 2 communicates with a large-diameter through hole 2b at the rear end. A flat face perpendicular to the axis of the magnet is provided at the edge around the opening of the rear end. To secure the magnet 2, the small-outside-diameter part 4a of a bearing 4 slightly longer than the through hole 2a is laid through the hole and the magnet and the bearing are fixed by a bonding agent. At the same time, the outer edge of the small-outside-diameter part 4a projecting from the rear end of the through hole 2a into another through hole 2b is pushed and expanded outward by an appropriate method. The edges around the openings of both the ends of the through hole 2a are calked between the end of the large-outside-diameter part 4b of the magnet 2 and the projecting edge 5 of the small-outside-diameter part. The permanent magnet can thus be easily and firmly secured. |
