<p>PURPOSE:To obtain safely and on an industrial basis the captioned gloves which are excellent in wearability and oil-resisting property and improved also in abrasion resistance and cold-resistant property by fitting cloth gloves on to a glove-preparing block and impregnating and coating them with the polyurethane resin water repellent liquid. CONSTITUTION:Cloth gloves are fitted on to a metal or ceramic glove-preparing block and dipped in the polyurethane-resin water dispersion liquid for 5-60 seconds. After that, they are taken up from the liquid and dried under the temperature of 100-180 deg.C for heat treatment. This coating process is repeated 2-3 times, while in the 1st process the gloves are finished to be soft by using the flexible and soft polyurethane-resin water dispersion liquid whose viscosity is increased beforehand up to 1,000-10,000cps by a viscosity-increasing agent so as to reduce its permeability into the fibers of resin. In the 2nd and further impregnating-coating processes, the highly-strong and relatively-hard polyurethane-resin water repellent liquid is applied so as to maintain the performance such as oil- and abrasion-resistant properties of the finished products, while the viscosity being held to be 1,000-3,000cps in relation to the quantity of coating.</p> |
