<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an uneven-surfaced decorated material of good durability by a procedure in which a part of the pattern of a paint coated layer formed on the surface of a base material is selectively hardened and then a powdery substance is adhered to an adhesive portion of the pattern. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 5 is formed by using an ink on the surface of a base material, e.g., the kraft paper 1, etc., then the contour 4 is provided by using an ink containing a setting inhibitor, etc., and then the resin paint 2 is coated on the pattern 5 and the contour 4. Then, at the time when the portion other than the contour 4 loses the adhesivity, a powdery substance, e.g., glass beads, etc., is adhered to the adhesive portion before hardening it at ordinary temperature. Then, it is subjected to a heat-hardening process to obtain a decorated sheet with the pattern 5 whose contour portion 4 is uneven. The decorated sheet thus obtained is overlaid on the plywood plate 6, etc. Thus, a highly complicated high class surface decoration and an unique decoration having a three-dimensional effect can be obtained.</p> |
