TRANSPORTING CASE FOR ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting case for animal in which predetermined strength can be maintained and internal ventilation can be kept in a good state and when vertically stacked, improved ventilation can be provided between the cases and temperatures and humidity in the case can be prevented from rising. SOLUTION: The transporting case for animal such as mouse or guinea pig is formed from synthetic resin having predetermined rigidity and comprises a square box-shaped case body 11 and a cover body 12 to be mounted to the top end of the body 11. Openings 19 are provided in the cover body 12 and an opening 19 is provided in each of the opposed longer sides 14 of the case body. The openings 19 provided in both of the walls 14 are disposed on a diagonal line with respect to the opposed walls 14. Each of the openings 19 is covered with non-woven fabric 23. An engaging part 38 is provided on the top surface of the body 12 and a supporting part is projected from the underside of a bottom wall so as to be engaged with the part 38 when the transporting cases are stacked.
