PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly select the direction of the air introduced into an indoor machine and the air blown from the indoor machine, according to conditions of a house where an air conditioner is installed. SOLUTION: An indoor machine 10 is composed of a heat exchanger unit 110 where an indoor heat exchanger 6 is housed and a blower unit 120 where an indoor blower 7 is housed, and the blower unit 120 is coupled vertically or horizontally with the bottom of the exchanger unit 110, whereby diffusing direction of air from the blower unit 120 can be set to either sideway blow or downward blow. |
