The container has a section (7) in which the substance is stored covered by a lid (9). The lid is perforated, and the substance is squeezed out through the hole into a space (3) where it can be mixed with a suitable diluting substance. The lid can be made of two layers (11, 15), one perforated, the other not, so that a hole can be easily made. Alternatively a hole can be covered by an adhesive patch, or a piece can be torn off to provide the opening. |
