摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove glass bottles and the objects intruded during transportation by removing the light materials, such as plastic and cork, sorted by an air separator, further removing metals, returning the oversized materials failing to pass a second sieving machine to a pulverizing machine and recycling the power of glass raw materials from a second sieving machine. SOLUTION: The glass products are sorted by wind force to the heavy materials and light materials contg. much glass by the wind separator 50. The heavy materials are subjected to removal of other metals, such as lead, by a metal detector 59 and are thereafter returned again to a crushing machine 10 for the purpose of crushing, by which the light materials, such as plastic and cork, are removed. The pulverized matter past the first sieving machine 48 through the prescribed stage from the crushing machine 10 are pulverized and further, the pulverized matter is sorted by the second sieving machine 70 of finer sieve openings. The oversized materials failing to pass the second sieving machine 70 are returned to the pulverizing machine 60 and the powder of the glass raw material is recycled after the pulverized matter past the second sieving machine is formed. As a result, the automatic removal of the various materials intruded during the transportation is made possible.
