PURPOSE:To obtain a motor miniaturized and high in output by forming a stator tooth of a stator and a slider tooth of a slider to have a given curved surface each along a given direction. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor is constituted with a slider 11 and a stator 12 extending to the direction X in which the slider moves, both sides of the stator 12 are made to work as a periphery constituting a part of cylindrical unit, and a groove 14 at equal pitch is provided on the periphery to form a stator tooth 15. Then, a plural pole part 20 having a concave slider tooth 19 opposite to the stator tooth 15 is provided on the slider 11 so that curvature centers of the curved surfaces of both stator tooth and slider tooth are almost identical, an exciting coil 21 is wound on each pole part 20, and each pole part 20 is coupled with a yoke 22. Then, both left and right sides of the slider 11 are coupled with upper and lower coupling plates 23A, 23B consisting of a nonmagnetic material, and a plural gap holding roller 17 provided rotatably on the upper coupling plate 23A is contacted to a reference plane provided on upper side of the stator 12. |
