<p>4-Hydroxyphenyl-arylalkyl aminoalkyl ketone derovatives useful for the preparation of .alpha.-(aminoalkyl)-4-hydroxy-3-(alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl or alkylsulfonyl)benzenemethanols. The latter compounds are useful as antihypertensive agents, while some of the former compounds are useful as antihypertensive or antiarrhythmic agents.</p> |
