PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small type head-mounted display capable of surely catching a pupil movement of an observer. SOLUTION: First optical elements 7a, 7b in front of the eyeballs Ea, Eb of an observer have 1st reflection planes which can reflect and also transmit a part of image display light from image displays 4a, 4b, and 2nd reflection planes which can reflect at least a part of the infrared emitted from infrared emitting elements 32a, 32b and reflected by the eyeballs Ea, Eb and which can also transmit at least a part of the image display light. At least a part of the image display light reflected by the 1st reflection planes is reflected by 3rd reflection planes of 2nd optical elements 8a, 8b in front of the 1st optical elements 7a, 7b, and then transmits the 1st reflection planes 41a, 41b before transmitting the 2nd reflection planes, and is guided to the eyeballs Ea, Eb. The infrared reflected by the 2nd reflection planes is guided to infrared imaging devices 31a, 31b. |
