PURPOSE:To obtain a disc record such as a video disc where an ultraviolet ray- hardened resin film, which can prevent electric charging, is coated on one or both faces of the supporting material of a transparent plate and adhesion of dust and so on, which causes troubles for reproducing, is prevented. CONSTITUTION:Film 2 hardened by irradiating ultraviolet rays to ultraviolet ray- hardened resin which includes epoxy acrylate obtained by a reaction between epoxy resin and acrylic acid, N-vinylpyrolidone and photopolymerization initiator, or epoxy acrylate, hydroxyalkyl acrylate, organic quarternary ammonium salt and photopolymerization initiator is coated on one or both faces of plate supporting material 1 of an ultraviolet ray transmission property which consists of copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, polymethacrylic acid ester resin, polycarbonate resin or cellulose system resin, and so on, thereby obtaining the titled disc record. |
