<p>PURPOSE:To carry out printing of beautiful finish, by controlling the non-type region of the second exposure unit on the exposure blank region of the first exposure unit so as to be uniformly exposed by the second exposure unit. CONSTITUTION:Electrophotographic recorder 2 is an apparatus for exposing a positive image copy original and a positive desired character image superposed on it. Recorder 2 has photosensitive drum 3 rotating in the direction of arrow A at the given speed, exposure unit 5 for exposing positive image copy original 4, and character exposure unit 6 capable of writing in positive image characters by exposure. Unit 6 comprises optical fiber tube (OFT)7 and control circuit 8 for supplying to OFT7 an information signal corresponding to the desired characters to be written in and an exposure signal for uniform exposure to erase an unnecessary latent image.</p> |
