PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mail as a standard-size mail by including a rectangular front plate, a rear plate coupled to one of longer sides of the front plate, and an intermediate plate folded between the front plate and the rear plate and by coupling disk holding folds respectively to both shorter sides of at least one of the rear plate and the front plate. SOLUTION: In assembling the disk storage case appropriate for receiving a single CD 8, a disk holding fold 3 is first folded back toward a rear plate 2 via a crease 3b, and the rear plate 2 and the disk holding fold 3 are stuck to each other by a pasting margin 3a. Thus a disk housing S having the same size B as a diameter A of the CD 8 at a middle part is formed between a pair of disk holding folds 3, and an opening 7 having a width C slightly shorter than the diameter A of the CD 8 is formed. Then an intermediate plate 5 is folded back onto the pair of disk holding folds 3 via a crease 5b to stick the folds 3 with the intermediate plate 5 by a pasting margin 5a. Then the CD 8 is put in a nonwoven cloth bag 9 and inserted from the opening 7.
