PURPOSE:To simplify structure and fabrication by carrying-out mounting in the glass valve of which one end is closed and making sufficient only by arranging one cap base. CONSTITUTION:The opening end of a glass valve 1 of which one end is closed is closed with a stem 3, and in the vicinity of this stem 3, the first filament 5 mounted and an electric insulation tube 6 which extends from the stem 3 in the valve 1 are arranged. A pair of second inner conductors 7, 7 are extended from the stem 3 to the vicinity of the closed end of the valve 1, penetrating the electric insulating valve 6, and a second filament 9 is installed between the second inner conductors 7, 7. |
