PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invert a top side and a bottom side and a left side and a right side of a received image in the case of conducting X-ray image pickup and to receive only an optional part of the image. SOLUTION: An X address conversion memory 11 is provided between an X address counter 7 and an image memory 5 so as to convert X, Y addresses of the image memory 5 that stores pixel data 20 from a camera 4 depending on a purpose of image edit. Furthermore, a Y address conversion memory 12 is provided between a Y address counter 8 and the image memory 5.
