A polymer composition for powder foam molding which comprises (A) an epoxidized polymer, (B) a peroxide having a 10-hour half-life temperature of 100 DEG C or higher, (C) at least one of quaternary ammonium salts and quaternary phosphonium salts, and (D) a thermally decomposable foaming agent. The composition has excellent storage stability in an uncrosslinked state, can be crosslinked and foamed in a short time, and can give a foam which is reduced in compression set and excellent in surface texture and in which the skin is satisfactory in hiding.
