PURPOSE:To reduce the amplitude during resonance by reinforcing the shape of a plate spring which suspends a shadow mask against twist. CONSTITUTION:The plane shape of a plate spring 8 is made into a square. The rigidity of this plate spring 8 is determined depending upon the length between a hole 11 fit into the spring pin and the point welded to a frame 6a, dimensions H and W, and the thickness and material of the plate spring 8. Since these dimensions H increase amply, the amplitude during the resonance of a shadow mask can be reduced. |
