LONG-DISTANCE REPAIRING METHOD FOR BURIED PIPELINE INNER SURFACE, AND EXPANSIVE TUBE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make long-distance repairs at a stretch with excellent workability and to perform work continuously and efficiently in a short time. SOLUTION: In this repairing method, an expansive tube wound with a repair sheet on the outer periphery is passed from one end of a pipeline 1 up to a repair part 2 on the inner surface of the pipeline, and air is pressed into the expansive tube to press and bond the repair sheet to the repair part. As the expansive tube, an expanded shape fixed tube 11 is used. The tube 11 is long- sized and has an air lead-in port at one end and a bendable hose with a spiral line at a longitudinal inner part. An air hose 6 is fitted to the air lead-in port, and a wire 16 is passed in the bendable hose with the spiral line and locked to the expanded shape fixed tube 11. The long-sized repair sheet with an adhesive applied to glass cloth is fitted to the outer periphery of the expanded shape fixed tube 11.
