PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded product at good efficiency and high quality by using a cartridge for holding the molded product removably on a discharge outlet or a gate, and providing a filter material for a molding material. SOLUTION: A mold side housing face of a filter 2 is faced to a mold 10, and a cartridge 2 is pushed into a gate 11 of the mold 10 and fitted to install the filter thereon. The mold 10 with the filter 2 installed thereon is set in a injection molding device, and a nozzle on the end of a jet cylinder is brought into contact with a cylinder side housing face of the filter 2. A screw in discharge cylinder is moved in the direction of a rotating shaft of the screw in the discharge cylinder by the operation of the injection device in the above state, and a molding material is jetted out of the jet nozzle into the mold 10. The molding material injected from the jet nozzle is filtered by a screen mesh when passing through the filter 2 to remove even fine foreign matters in the molding material, and only the clean molding material is made to flow into the mold 10. Thus foreign matters in the molding material are removed efficiently in a short time by utilizing the pressure at the time of ejection and a fine mesh filter material to provide the high quality.
