PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin transporting apparatus with a tilter wherein suction work can be completely automated. SOLUTION: The weight of a resin buffer tank 20 wherein a pallet box 22 for storing resin pellets is fitted by means of a tilter 23 so as to be able to be inclined and an air bag 24 is provided as a driving source to tilt the pallet box 22 is metered by means of a platform scale 27 and when the weight of the resin buffer tank 20 becomes smaller than a specified value, the pallet box 22 is tilted by actuating the air bag 24 and the remaining resin pellets are gathered thereby to the resin accumulating side 22A of the pallet box 22 and are taken out by means of a suction nozzle 25.
