<p>The twin tubed hydraulic shock absorber comprises one tube (2) inside the other (1). A reservoir (6) is provided between them, connected to the working inner tube. One end is sealed by a joint (20) allowing the rod (4) to slide in an inner guide. There is a rod seal (23) near the outside, stayed (22) from the guide (21). There are baffles (21f,21h) between to retard liquid flow and surfaces to prevent emulsion forming. The baffles are fixed to the rod guide and are in two concentric groups and in the form of arcs of circles.</p> |
