Compounds of the general formula wherein R1 is lower alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl or benzyl, R2 is lower alkyl, R3 is lower alkyl or lower alkenyl, R4 is hydrogen or lower alkoxycarbonyl, X is straight or branched chain lower alkylene, and n is 0, 1 0r 2; and metal salts and ammonium salts of the compounds defined hereinabove. The compounds are useful as herbicides.
