SOLUTION: The connection structure of the flat battery with the protective circuit board in which both positive and negative electrode terminals of the flat batteries, of which the positive electrode terminal 2a is of Al and the negative electrode terminal 2b, are connected in spot welding with a land 3a of a positive electrode side and a land 3b of a negative electrode side, respectively. In a protective circuit board 3 with protective circuit parts mounted, a clad piece 7 of Al7a/Ni7b is arranged on the positive electrode side land 3a through a solder layer 5 with Al side upward, and a Ni piece 6 is arranged on the negative electrode side 3b through the solder layer 5 for the protective circuit board.
