The capsule comprises a cylindrical hollow housing capable of containing a spool of thread which emerges from a slot (1') formed in the lateral cylindrical wall of the said housing; a laminar spring (3) fixed outside the capsule (1) and adjustable by means of a screw (4) which engages in a threaded hole (5) in the housing of the capsule; and a friction and pressure device (9) which acts on the adjusting screw (4) to increase the frictional torque and compensate for play between the threads. <IMAGE>
