PURPOSE:To provide favorable handling properties, by a method wherein a continuous fiber is made into a sheetlike state by aligning unidirectionally, to which a plurality of fiber-reinforced resin sheets impregnated with thermoplastic resin is piled up within a range of a specific value of a fiber direction of the fiber reinforced resin sheets coming into contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:An upper side sheet 10 formed of a fiber-reinforced resin sheet is drawn out, cut off into specific lengths by a cutter 31 by passing through an accumulating and sending-out rolls 21, 22, 23, a cut sheet 11 is moved to a position of an aligning device 41 of a conveying part 40 by a moving device and made into a standby condition. On the other hand, when a lower side sheet 12 made of the same material as that of the upper side sheet 10 is drawn out, supplied to a welded part 60 by passing through an accumulating and sending-out rolls 51, 52, 53 and made into the standby condition, the cut sheet 11 is conveyed to the upper part of the lower side sheet 12 which is on the standby condition at the welded part 60 by a conveying device 42, piled up within a range of 0-180 deg. by taking a fiber direction of the lower side sheet 12 as 0 and welded. A lower side sheet 11 is received by a fixed quantity and cut off into fixed lengths by a cutter 72 after that. |
