<p>Automatic welding machine is designed for plastics profiles. A rotating shaft has two arms and moving heating plates; the first plate is for ''L'' welding, the second has a 90 degrees angle shape for ''T'', ''A'', or ''H'' welding. A plate guides one plastic profile and is moved by a piston at 45 degrees to the welding plane; two other tools guide the other profile. The one machine can weld at any angle between the profiles, it provides simple adjustment of weld thickness and of the heater plates.</p> |
