The turning bar (9) is supported at each end in a hinge (16; 10 to 13). At least one hinge (16) is connected to a drive device (8, 14, 15) for displacing the hinge (16) along a cross member (7). The other hinge (10 to 13) holds the end of the turning bar (9) guided in it so as to be longitudinally displaceable and rotatable. The hinge (10 to 13) on the cross member (6) comprises a blockable slide part (10) and a rotary part (11) whose rotation can be blocked. Parallel displacement of the turning bar (9) and reversal thereof are thus possible. <IMAGE>
