METHOD FOR MAKING COMPLEX-PROFILE ARTICLES WITH LATTICE ENVELOPE

manufacture of vanes of gas turbines operating in conditions of high temperature, pressure and high-speed flows of working fluid. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping envelope according to profile of article made of metallic gauze with cell dimensions in range 5-10 micrometers; applying layer of nickel coating onto soldered surface of framework; then applying onto it layer of copper coating; applying layer of nickel coating onto soldered surface of lattice envelope; assembling article and forcing its portions one to another by means of spot welding and then soldering it in protection atmosphere at 1020-1050 C. Method provides enhanced quality of soldered joint of framework with lattice envelope having cell dimension less than 50 micrometers. EFFECT: enhanced quality of soldered joint.
