PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cooling water from stagnating at a lower part of a jacket at a part coping with a cooling water outlet port and improve the cooling efficiency in an cooling device of an internal combustion engine in which a water jacket is formed between a cylinder block outer wall and a Siamese cylinder barrel, a partitioning barrel is installed between the Siamese cylinder barrel and the cylinder block outer wall at an end along an arrangement direction of the cylinder barrel, the cooling water inlet passage introducing cooling water into the water jacket and the cooling water outlet passage guiding the cooling water of the water jacket into a cylinder head side are arranged at an end side along the arrangement direction as binding the partitioning part between each other. SOLUTION: A circulating passage 22 circulating cooling water from the cooling water inlet passage of the water jacket into the cooling water outlet passage is formed between a lower part of the partioning part 16 and a bottom face of the water jacket 14.
