SUBSTITUTED5-(2-IMIDAZOLIN-2-YL)-AMINOPYRIMIDINES

摘要

New imidazolinylamino-pyrimidine derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. In (I) R1-3 are H, halogen or 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy; and R4 is H or an aliphatic or aromatic acyl gp. (I) have hypotensive activity. They induce a long-lasting lowering of blood pressure when administered to spontaneously or really hypertensive rats in a dosage of 1-30 mg/kg p.o. Dosage for humans is ca. 1-10 mg/day.
