PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing intestinal permeation of allergens by paying attention to the intestinal permeation of the allergens considered as one of mechanisms of crisis of food allergies, further treatment or prophylaxis. SOLUTION: A peptide having an amino acid sequence composed of Trp-Ser- Asn-Ser-Gly-Asn-Phe-Val-Gly-Gly-Lys is used as an intestinal permeation suppressing peptide of allergic proteins.
