<p>Syn and anti forms of E-homo eburnane oximes of formula (I) and their acid addn. salts are new. A mixt. of syn and anti forms of (I) is disclosed in FR 2104959. Their sepn. may be effected by chromatography. Cerebral vasoregulators useful in the treatment of cerebral vasculopathies, and all other disorders caused by change in cerebral circulation. They allow the prevention or treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, meningeal or cerebral haemorrages, cerebral insufficiency, cerebro-vascular accidents and cranial trauma.</p> |
