发明名称 AUTOMATIC CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THICKNESS AT ROLLING MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out the absolute value control, and to make uniform the thickness allover the rolled material, by carrying out the gaugemeter system automatic thickness control during the OFF-period of the ON-OFF control. CONSTITUTION:During the ON-period of the ON-OFF control, the screw position is corrected to the extent of the roll gap correction DELTASX of the screw down device 3, being obtained by the conventional system. At the point of finishing this correction, the rolling load FO and the roll gap SO set by the screw are taken into as the electric signals, and the thickness is operated depending on the gaugemeter formula, hO=FO/M+SO (in which, M is for the stiffness coefficient of the rolling stand); and this hO is taken as the new thickness reference for carrying out the control so as to make zero the deviation of the thickness from this reference hO. That is, at the point next to the point when the thickness reference hO is decided, if the rolling load changes from FO, the roll gap correction DELTASG is controlled so as to make zero the deviation DELTAhG of the thickness from the thickness reference hO. This method for controlling DELTASG is the same as the conventional gaugemeter system automatic thickness conrolling method.
