<p>PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a highly foamed molded article, by a method wherein, to a resin composition comprising a PVC resin, a nucleating agent, an acrylic resin and a decomposition-type foaming agent which are supplied to an extruder to be gelatinized by heating, an org. solvent-type foaming agent is introduced under pressure and foamed as well as molded by extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. (hereinafter described as pts.) of a vinyl chloride resin, (B) 0.01-20pts. of a necleating agent, (C) 0.5-30pts. of an acrylic resin and (D) 0-5pts. of a decomposition-type foaming agent is supplied to an extruder and, subsequently, (E) an org. solvent-type foaming agent with b.p. of below 90 deg.C is introduced under pressure into said resin composition gelatinized by heating within said extruder. Thereafter, by completing the extrusion, the foaming and the molding, a foamed vinyl chloride resin molded article is prepared. Herein, as (B), CaCO3, TiO2, bentonite, tartaric acid or the like, as (C), a copolymer based on methyl methacrylate or the like, as (D), azodicarbonamide or the like, and as (E), propane, ethylchloride, difluoroethane or the like are mentioned.</p> |
