PURPOSE:To prevent coil deformation and to conduct decarburization and denitriding effectively, by connecting a plenum chamber and a diffuser chamber, which is closed at outer periphery, with an air pipe so as to make circulating gas flow through inside of coils upward to outside of the coils. CONSTITUTION:A gas path is made in an inner cover 2 of an annealing furance 1 described in the title having a heating pipe 3 by connecting with an air pipe a plenum chamber 6 at a prescribed interval to a diffuser chamber 7 which is closed at its outer periphery, so that circulating gas passes by a fixed base fan 11 through the chamber 7, above-described air pipe, the plenum chamber 6, a flow-adjusting board 9, flowing through inside of the coils 5, 4 upward to the outside. As a result, the gas pressure inside the coils becomes higher than that outside the coils, consequently the deformation of coils is prevented unlike conventional method, and the flow-adjusting board 9 forms uniform flow rate distribution in the coils, conducting effective decarburization and denitriding. |
