<p>The method involves hardening a press gear mat in a press gap (22) over a press line with pressure and heat by a continuously working double belt press. The press gap is defined over two steel belts that are endlessly guided in a circulating manner. Heating plates (12, 13) are moveably and deformably arranged by a main cylinder piston arrangement (10). A bend line is formed based on a tangent for a longitudinal flexible deformation of the heating plates between two support points with the maximum possible bend line. An independent claim is also included for a continuously working double belt press for manufacturing chipboards, fiber boards or material plates from a press gear mat running in a press gap.</p> |
